Terms of Use — Pixel Dog

Effective: October 31, 2026

1. Pixel Dog ("the app") lets you raise a pixel puppy that lives in the app and, if you allow it, walks around on top of other apps. You can bring the dog back or turn the overlay off at any time.

2. The app is free to use with ads, starting with the free breed. Other breeds can be bought one at a time (one-time purchase) or used with a monthly pass (Basic or Premium) that also removes ads. Rewarded ads can unlock a breed for 24 hours.

3. Passes renew automatically every month until cancelled in Google Play settings. When a pass ends, breeds it included are locked again unless you bought them separately; your dog's progress is kept. Payments and refunds follow Google Play's policies.

4. Your dog, its progress and settings are stored on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data erases them, and we cannot restore them. Purchases can be restored from the same Google account.

5. The app and its content (characters, pictures, animations, sounds, stories, text and software) belong to us and their rightful owners. Please do not copy, distribute or reverse-engineer them beyond personal use.

6. We may change or update the app, its breeds and stories, or end the service. If paid entitlements remain when the service ends, we will give notice in advance and handle them as the law requires.

7. Except for our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for losses caused by device failure, network problems, other apps or device mismanagement.
